Masoud Andarabi is a seasoned executive with over 20 years of experience leading high-stakes organizations in national security and intelligence. Before founding StabilityMind, he held executive leadership roles overseeing a workforce of 160,000 personnel and managing multi-billion dollar operational portfolios.
A pioneer in digital modernization, Masoud was the architect of a nation-scale intelligence transformation, where he designed and implemented the country’s first comprehensive IT and Signal Intelligence (SIGINT) strategy. He successfully scaled technical teams from 20 to 1,200 engineers and deployed enterprise-grade ERP and Business Intelligence systems that revolutionized how data was used for national safety.
His expertise spans counter-terrorism, geopolitical risk analysis, and institutional reform. He has successfully directed operations in volatile environments, proving that rigorous data systems and intelligent architecture can function even under extreme pressure.
Today, Masoud builds StabilityMind with a singular vision: to bring that same level of rigorous, mission-critical intelligence architecture to businesses and individuals through advanced AI applications.
